Isolator cable

Hi I have just got off the phone to Virgin media and requested a new isolator cable as the one supplied is faulty upon install. I have been told I cannot be sent this item as I haven't been a customer for 30 days. So I've been a customer for 3 days and I will have an unreliable connection until late March. I have 3 people working from home currently and this is not acceptable virgin media!!! Is there anyone who can help me get an isolator cable please? My diagnosis is 100% and this cable is faulty when moved. Thanks in advance

Since you within the cooling period call retentions team to cancel the service and give that reason.. you be surprised how fast a engineer appointment is booked.

Also good idea to ask engineer for a spare cable..very handy in future 😁

Don't cry over Virgin price increase instead speak to retentions team and negotiate a better deal.
