Hi,
I have received my Hub 3.0. The Isolator Cable connection to the wall will not fit. I know the landlord of the house had Virgin Media (it's the reason we went with VM). Her husband had it all set up into the wall etc. The socket does not look like a TV socket because the inside of the connection looks like the isolator cable and not smooth like normal TV sockets.
Any help would be appreciated
