Is my install still happening?

I am supposed to have an engineer install my broadband today between 8am and 1pm. On my virgin media page it says this is scheduled. But I just got an email saying "we are sorry for cancelling or missing your appointment"! It's so confusing! The thing is, they DID miss an appointment last week, and this one today was the rescheduled one. So does the email relate to the previous appointment or the one today? And is my installation still going ahead? The communication is a bit patchy to put it mildly...
