I have had an installation team turn up unexpectedly this morning to replace the internet cable under the garden. They were incredibly aggressive and intimidating in what was supposed to a simple re-run of the cable that we have been waiting for the past six weeks.
They left having disconnected it and taken away a part so we have now had no internet for the day.
I have spoken to the support team who seemed far busier with other matters and we have not received any further communication from anyone.
I don't understand how Virgin Media can subcontract to such a work force and to be honest a pretty disgraceful and nasty business whilst now unable to carry out my work for the NHS and yet I am supposed to pay for this service.
