I've just moved into a new apartment that has VirginMedia installed already as part of the rent package. I signed up for everything and set the date for my internet to be switched on as today (24/4/21), between 9am and 5pm. It's now 6:30pm and I've had nothing. I have no email confirmation of date and time, just that it will be switched on 'the date agreed with the landlord'. I can't register an account to check the progress because I haven't received any welcome packs or emails whatsoever. Yes, I've tried switching it off and on again, with the switch on the back, taking the plug out of the wall, unplugging everything and trying again. I've tried plugging my computer into the ethernet port on the back to try and manually change the router settings at 192.168.0.1, but just stuck on the 'Update in progress' page. Phone lines not open on weekends, can somebody please advise?
