Internet dropping

Can someone tell me why my internet keeps dropping, i have the virgin tv 360 boxes, i have the ultimate Oomph bundle, quite annoying when you paying a lot for this, thanks in advance

Please do some troubleshooting by way of posting the following information from the Hub.

Downstream and Upstream Power levels and Network log.  Also setup a BQM monitor here   www.thinkbroadband.com/ping  

Once we have this information we can assist and comment.

How do you use the internet, is it via wires (ethernet cable) or by WiFi?

When do the drops occur and on what devices ?

HI Z92. we use ethernet cable and WiFi, the drops occurs around teatime and said no internet. WiFi/ethernet ok
