Internet connection

Hi. 
our internet randomly stops working and has done over the last month; everytime I book for a technician to come out it eventually after a couple of days starts working again. 
the internet box has the WiFi symbol in green, flashing arrows and the power light in green. I have no internet at all. Does anyone know what this could be? I’ve checked every cable, reset box, etc and not giving me internet. I have run test on the website and says there is a fault and to book an app which I have again for tomorrow but does anyone know if there is a simple resolution as it’s so frustrating! It’s been working fine all day and it hasn’t been touched and now stopped

The HUB could be faulty.

Could you access your router using http://192.168.0.1/ or http://192.168.100.1 for modem mode . Don't log in, select the 'Check Router Status' option and paste your 'Downstream', 'Upstream', and 'Network Log' tabs?

At least we can check the stats to rule out an issue with the line.
