Internet Connection Repeatedly Dropping

Hi,

I tried posting earlier this week but apparently it got lost in the mail!?

 

Our internet connection keeps cutting out for approx. 1min at a time, multiple times a day. Extremely frustrating, Netflix get stuck buffering, websites refuse to load, online gaming freezes. Happens both wired and WiFi. WiFi signal is still there but no internet connection. Anyone any ideas? Here’s some data:

You seem to have some minor packet loss but nothing major, seems like it was much worse a few weeks ago so probably getting fixed.

Yeah, it’s definitely been worse the past couple of months but it’s been going on for over a year, just keep getting fobbed off by the call centre with turn it off/on and push reset 😞
