Internet Access denied

Dear All,

can someone please assist in resolving my Internet? Yesterday midday my internet went down all of a sudden. Logging into the router it says Internet Access Denied . Ive power cycled the router and reset the router but no joy. VM customer service confirmed there is no outage in the area and An engineer is due to visit in 3 days. That’s frustrating having to wait for 3 days without internet surely they can login to the router and identify the fault.

The internet light is flashing and light at bottom is green flashing if that helps.

Access denied is an error message displayed when you do not have appropriate access rights. If you are being denied access to a network share, Intranet, or the Internet, and are receiving the access denied message, you need permission to gain access.

So now turns out there is an outage in area . This was after reporting the fault to book an engineer visit.
