I think I am in the same boat as a number of people here.
I am doing a quick installation and although I have set up everything correctly, I can not access the internet as the Hub is not connecting. When I log-in to the Hub, everything works, but there is a message that Internet Access is Denied. I have turned it off and turned it on again.
I presume that this is because something that needs to be done on the Virgin Media side? If so, could anyone reading this who has it in their power to make the magic happen, make the magic happen?
I really need a good internet connection for work and have been struggling along with rubbish mobile wifi!
