Internal Wall socket power supply missing

Hi I'm missing this ONU power supply aswell, could someone from Virgin please reply or email me at removed to arrange sending me one, this should really be included in the moving home kit.

I'm sorry to hear the power supply hasn't been sent to you in your QuickStart kit. I've taken a look on our end, and can see that you've spoken with our team, who has been able to get a Technician booked for you.

It shouldn't be in the quickstart kit as the last people who lived there should have left it
