Internal Wall Connection

Just wondered if anyone can offer some advise.

We are doing building work and require the wall outlet to be moved. This was booked for appointment on the 27th November I needed sooner really. So they advised to call back this week to see if any slots are available. I did this to be told that there wasn’t actually an appointment scheduled and the soonest they can do it would be 6th Dec which is no good. They advised that there was notes on the system that I’d called but no appointment booked. Obviously I wasn’t happy so got passed around from team member to team member. Then got disconnected conveniently.

So I called back. Spoke to someone else who advised there was an appointment booked originally for the 27th Nov but has been moved to the 6th. I didn’t request this.

I’m so frustrated about what’s happened and advised that I cannot speak to a supervisor as then don’t take calls.

How can I get this resolved. I’m so close to cancelling after being a customer for 20 years.

Please advise.

Can it be moved without removing the incoming coax?

Hello johnhorton79

Thanks for your post and welcome back to our Community.
Sorry to hear you are having an issue with the date for moving cables.
I'd like to take a look into this for you.
If you don't mind, I will need to send you a private message to pass security.
If you can check the purple envelope top right of your screen that would be great.
