Intermittent service failiures

Hi, the drop outs on my connection seem to be happening more frequently. Is there a problem in the area / on my line? 

at one point we were going to get an engineer to check my line here in person because of signal problems but we didn’t in the end as it levels out. 

can someone look into this / run a test and advise please?

connection is needed for work and I can’t keep having drop outs.

Hi @thesteduck 

Have you looked at Check service status at the top of the page? You can also a run a test on your equipment from there.

If nothing is showing  you could also try the  Service Status number  0800 561 0061.  This often gives details of more local issues down to postcode level.

Whilst not ideal it's probably a better indicator of known problems and should also show the latest estimated date/time for the fault to be repaired.
