Have intermittent outages, and my neighbour as well. Using speed test, One minute over 200, next zero. I do not have an external Aerial so cannot watch TV at all. London SE7 area! Tried using your testing site, one minutes everything is fine, next cannot check! As mentioned before my neighbour has the same problem so please do not ask me to check husband all that stuff, it appears to your problem and not our systems.
