Intermittent connection loss

This is a new (to us) self install of a Hub 3 at daughters flat - I am the bill payer

I did the installation which was just a coax wire which then disappears under the floor after 2 meters (First floor flat)

Once or more a day the internet will drop for all devices, it never recovers and the only solution is to reboot the router

e.g. today

Some of the Downstream Power Levers are too high.

This will need an engineer to put right.

You can either phone in (08:00 is the best time) or wait on here for a few days (6 to 7 days average) until one of the VM Forum Staff comes along.

If you wait on here Do Not bump the thread it will put it further down the VM 'to do list'.
