Intermittent Packet Loss with SH4 on 1Gig Connection

The 1Gig connection I have has been suffering from periodic intermittent packet loss for several months now. I set up a BQM and updated it with my current IP address last night at around 10pm. The BQM graph looks like this:

(Prior to 10pm the BQM was monitoring someone else's IP address.)

I've tried resetting the hub several times and I've also tried putting the hub in modem mode but the problem persists. The packet loss seems to come and go with no discernible (to me at least) pattern. There might be no packet loss during the day after 14:00 until 22:00 and then intermittent packet loss overnight or no packet loss overnight and all through the day.

Stats from the hub as of 10pm last night shortly after I disconnected the modem cables and reconnected it to make sure it was firmly seated:

Only thing I can see is that one of the upstream channels is at 16QAM when it should be 64QAM. Probably need a technician to rectify. Call customer services or wait for a VM staff member to get to your post.
