I'm also sorry for any problems you've had with your connection too. Looking into this today I can see there was a visit from an engineer since your post - so hopefully things have improved for you now?
Yes engineer came out. Did the usual move up the cab, also found there was an issue with the cab itself. Supposedly this was to be resolved on the 3rd.... However still getting issues with the connection dropping. Link to BQM is below and latest logs from router pasted over the following few posts.
