Intermittent Broadband Connection (T3)?

KingLouie1217
Tuning in

I have been having contact intermittent Broadband connections. Online streaming will stop, online gaming will stop and websites just won't load. The devices state they are connected to the router with a good signal. The wired device is the same.

Initially Virgin sent out a WiFi pod, this didn't work. Several times I have called and done the hard reset on the router and this seems to work for a short time but then the same things happen. Download/upload speeds when tested are normal. I have called Virgin Media who advised to call back in 24 hours if the fault continues. 24 hours later I have recalled and been advised to call back in 48 hours if the problem continues as they will have a technician their side look into it...

From the router network log I can see these errors if anyone is kind enough to help?
I have a Virgin Media 3.0 hub.

I recently posted about some T3 errors I was having, a technician attended and seemed to change something in the box in the street, this didn't work. He then came back and said he was changing a cable outside the house.

I am still having serious latency/lag/disconnection issues, though the T3 error does not appear, there are other errors...

Anyone have any idea?

On our wavelength

Hi

I’m having similar problems and VM website tells me there is no problem with my broadband.

However, there’s obviously an outage and I realise this has been happening since Friday 01 March, not since 03 March. Today is 06 March and I have received a message to say it will be sorted by 12 March!

I lost the will to live hanging on to WApp call over weekend, for hours on end, only to be told there was not a problem. There is an intermittent problem……

If VM admits to a problem and price hike in April is due, how do I stand re trying to claim Compensation when VM on the one hand says there is no problem and then on the other, admits an outage?!

Please help me.

Many Thanks
