hello - I’ve been given a timeslot for set up of my broadband on Saturday between 1-6pm. Does anyone know if they give you a smaller slot on the day? Or if you have to wait in for the entire time? I tried to call to ask but can’t get through.

Hi the Time slot is Fixed you cant change it to shorter time you just have to wait I had a time slot 7am to 12 pm the guy turned up at 8am
