Hello basically I was supposed to have a engineer for to come fit the Wi-Fi in for me and then it never came so I called up they explained got cancelled cause previous owners didn’t pay there bill so they told me 2 emails to send proof I’m not related to them but one email not working won’t let me send, how long will it take to get my Wi-Fi up and running once I’ve provided everything just cause I’m honestly in a rush due to I get terrible signal and recently moving into there, will I still be getting charged even though yous cancelled?

Sorry to hear you are having an issue with your installation.
We would have needed to make sure you are not related to the former customer if thy has left with money owing.
