Installing Connect App

After upgrading to 500 from 350, tried to log into connect app but it says “somethings not right” someone else is logged in?

No one is logged in, only me and I cannot resolve it.  I want to log in to check for dead spots.

Switched off router and on again but same problem.

Please help?
