Virgins set up start date for 21st Dec then promised me an earlier date if I joined from current WiFi. 2 weeks later and still no phone call back to get earlier installation. 3 weeks without Internet because of the virgins . Even got asked to drill the wall for the virgins to put the wire through from the box outside as they said they couldn't do it . Never heard anything so stupid
