Why have I an installation booked for the 17 July? I can’t get Virgin Media in my new place! Ref: 13923627

Check what contract number is given for the installation. You may find they are planning to reinstall at your old address. It's happened before.

Hello. No I was just checking my mobile in the app and came across it by accident and thought that’s weird I have left given my equipment back. It’s not available where I am now. I just want it cancelled..

Absolute nightmare. Been on the phone for 2 hours and been passed around India 5 times and eventually ended up in Scotland. I’ve been with NTL/Virgin Media for over 20 years and never a problem until now. Just wanted to cancel an instillation.. I cancelled my Virgin Media because I can’t get it in my new flat. Virgin set up a new account without my authorisation and the instillation was in Huddersfield or somewhere like that. I live in Portsmouth! Go figure. I am going to report to the Ombudsman and Martin Lewis as this is ridiculous. 2 hours of my life wasted. Angry! Just a tad.
