I ordered Quick start as VM told me clearly in the website that VM is available at the property. However, I don't see any VM wall socket. I tried to cancel my delivery by opting Technician setup. It was confirmed by customer support that delivery was cancelled and technician installation was ordered. However, I'm not able to see the change in my my virgin app.

If the appointment still isn't showing in the app, have you tried via the website, it often updated before the app?

You should be able to track the new appointment by signing in to My Virgin Media here: My VM.

Once you log in scroll down to Orders & appointments then click on View your orders.

If nothing is showing there then you could try calling the pre-installs team on 0800 052 1734

They are open  8:00am to 9:00pm  Monday to Friday, and 8:00am to 6:00pm Saturday and Sunday
