My installation (TV, broadband) has been scheduled on 19 Sept 2022 and now that date has become a bank holiday. Just wonder if the installation team will work on that day. I assume that no one will work on bank holiday. I have tried to reschedule installation date via online account (did not work), live chat (whatsapp only), phone call (could not get through). Please kindly advise. Many thanks.

Try calling the pre-installs team on 08000521734.

They should be able to confirm the installation date and can also change it if necessary.
