Update, should have had installation 2nd August but only had partial install because engineer didn't lay cable,I rang installations and 3 times but finally informed cables would be installed on 4.8 22.fingers crossed,if this doesn't transpire then I will consider cancelling and finding and alternative provider as I am now without broadband connection.
