Installation

So I took out a package 3 months ago. It’s been delayed and my property needed construction. Now my package has been cancelled due to not being able to get a ‘way leave’ from us, NEIGHBOUR and council by 11 Dec which I got no letter about. Now they need permission from the council from the construction team first before anything can happen but what I want to know is. Other properties on my street (few doors down) have got VM services. So just confused as do Virgin Media need permission from the council for EVERY property they need to install on? As they say the services are available in the area but yet they still need all sorts of permissions and constructions that needs to be done

Re: Installation

Yes, the council need to approve every point where Virgin want to dig, to check whether other services might be affected.

If your neighbour's property or a shared driveway is involved then they must sign a wayleave too.
