Installation

Was told installing was gonna be 09/10/2020

But when calling up they had no info for me regarding when the broadband was gonna be installed explaining there was an issue the engineer found 

but further said they had no info on when broadband gonna be fitted which is a major Issue having no broadband

Unfortunately when calling up 

Customer service could not provide a date and explained there was an issue but was unclear explaining how I can find some information about the issue. Still the same issue regarding no WiFi at home. Even though originally was told a date to be installed and then further told that customer service could not give a date
