Installation

2 weeks ago was install date,but cable had been cut,so construction team was booked.

Guys turned up today,but they were wrong team.

Said they would ring a manger to sort it,they then just drove off with no further information.

Install team is due tomorrow,but is it worth waiting in for if it cant be done?

You don't need to be in for a cable pull so until that's done no need to book any time off. UNLESS they turn up on the same day as the engineers to install your services.

But the cable pull wasnt done and installation is due tomorrow. 

I'm guessing nothing will go ahead

So they might turn up tomorrow. 

If your at work currently and not desperate for service I'd change the date of the engineer and wait until you have a box on the outside of your house before booking any time off.

That what I was going to do,but I've waited too long now with no internet,as I had my previous provider turned off.

I think I'll just cancel the contract and go with sky
