Installation

Hello 

i have recently just received my router with everything with it I have no account details i need to reset password and cannot seem to be able to log into my virgin account online... i have all emails of set up and delivery of order so don't see why I cannot log in... but reason I am writing this is it has shown up I got text on my mobile phone saying service is up I go to plug it in an the previous tenant has cut the wires to the box in wall so now I'm in need a engineer to come out I know this will cost which is fine, I just don't want to pay for a service I cannot use...

You don't start getting charged until you've activated it, and you normally do that after you have connected it all up so you should be fine. 

For the engineer though I'd ring at 8am its the time of least queuing.
