Installation

I have had texts and calls to confirm my installation date. I have a 4 hour time slot but will I get a text on the day to confirm what time they will be there? Or do they call when they’re on the way? As I am not currently staying at the house I am having the broadband installed

Hi, we will call you when on route, should normally be between 15-20min notice
