I applied for broadband and phone in my new flat about 6 weeks ago. Unfortunately, the cable works outside my flat needed some work and the manhole cover was stuck. A team came yesterday and replaced it. I'm wondering if my order can now proceed - and how to get that done ?
Incidentally, Kudos and thanks to Scott_B for chasing the engineering works, the contact information he provided allowed me to get the construction team out in a few days.
