Installation problems as i havent goten a call

So I am a new customer, got a deal on the website, and got an email on the 16th last month to get it d3livered, then I was told I would get contacted 48hrs later to discuss paying the deposit, but I never got the call, and now when I try to call them I get asked for a password I never set up as I never got a call, the email says the engineer will  come on the 12th to set it up but I haven't payed the deposit yet, what do I do?
