Installation problem

Hi 

 

Keep getting passed from person to person on the phone, no one is able to help. We were due to have an engineer visit on 7th July, they came and were not able to connect us up to Virgin due to a problem with ducting under the pavement. However everything is ready now for installation and I would like to book an engineer.

Can someone help please?

 

I'm an NHS worker and have been waiting a month for installation so I need this sorted asap if possible.

Do you already have the cable and virgin box on the front of your property then? Otherwise you need a cable pull first before any engineer comes out.

Hi 

Yes the engineer came out, couldn’t do the cable pull for one reason or another, another company have since come out and pulled it and fitted the virgin box to the house. 

All is ready to go, just need the engineer to come but actually getting one booked is proving to be extremely difficult!
