Keep getting passed from person to person on the phone, no one is able to help. We were due to have an engineer visit on 7th July, they came and were not able to connect us up to Virgin due to a problem with ducting under the pavement. However everything is ready now for installation and I would like to book an engineer.
Can someone help please?
I'm an NHS worker and have been waiting a month for installation so I need this sorted asap if possible.
