Installation postponed


I have now been waiting 6 months for my installation. I have been told today that they would come tomorrow as comfirmed to install it as permit and everything was I order.

Why did I just receive a text saying that my installation in on hold? That's the second time. I hve been assured three time that they will install now I'm losing patience and I want to talk to someone that knows what is going on

Or you can install or you can't end of story 

If you are not able to provide me the service then you are lying to me since the beginning. 

I hope someone will contact me urgently because this is unacceptable.

I am sorry to hear that there has been a delay in installing your service, and it does sound that there may be construction issues, the service is subject to availability.


Have you managed to speak to the team since posting? If so, what was advised? Have we been able to explain why this was put on hold? Is all of the cabling present. Please let us know and we will be able to look in to this further for you ^Chris .
