When installing the external cables our teams of very skilled and have various methods of getting the cable to your house. With any install your satisfaction will be our top priority. Our course without seeing your property it is very hard to give the perfect advice however we do have a process to support you on this by way of a site survey.
Once an order is placed you can request a site survey for us to pop along and discuss any concerns you have. In the unlikely event you are un happy with the solutions we present we would be able to cancel your order at this point. There would be no cost to yourself.
Site surveys are not available to book online but i am more than happy to support you on this. I will drop you a private message and see what i can do to help.
