I've had my installation moved twice now by Virgin due to one of the Virgin salespeople placing an order in our name incorrectly... and since then we had so many problems with my account.
I thought it was resolved two weeks ago by setting on a final" date of this Saturday 20th Feb, but just today the broadband install date changed to 5th March with no notice to us!!!
Can someone please help. We need internet to work so we are desperate for help.
