Installation mess

Hello, 

sorry quite new to the forum world. I have been a Virgin customer since they have been going. Telewest before that. 
Recently had an engineer around and remedial work was needed to the old cables. 

Unfortunately I had to leave for work so left the bloke with a family friend and came back to what looked like an earthquake has hit my front garden. 

feel free for people to pass comment. As a loyal customer of over 15 years I’m not best pleased…..
