I had an install done last year by two incapable teenagers that left an awful mess; both at the top and side of the house. Virgin were due to send someone out but never did and I’ve just ordered a self install kit as it’s quicker than an engineer with the lockdown and I’m unable to talk to anyone over the phone.
Is there anyone here who could escalate the problem please?
