collected my kit one day later but still no activation. I’ve received a text today to activate but didn’t work, also run the test through my account but it seems to be an issue and ask to call VM.
i have called 4/5 times being 30 min each on the phone, but no one is answering.
is that normal? Do they have a customer support team atm?
i have been contacting them for the last few days don’t know how many times, I have just being in the line for 57 min and they just hung up on me.
I even tried to cancel the service route, but no answer either.
anything I can do?
