Steven - I’d appreciate a message. Similar installation issues to the OP and really need Broadband for work. all I get is lies about the fact the work will definitely be completed.

I'd look into getting business broadband from VM, its not much dearer but has dedicated engineers and a lower downtime.

They promise the world yet fail to deliver on their residential service

I'm sorry to hear of the issues that you're having with your installation, have you spoken to our pre-install team on 08000521734 to get this looked into further? 



I have. This time They told me a site engineer is looking or visit so I stayed in all Saturday morning. No one came. I’m fed up. 
that was the 4th useless appointment.

To update you, yesterday was the next date we were assured the external work would be done but nothing has happened outside the property. The beautiful green arrows remain with no digging or work around them. 
I do not have time to spend hours on the phone again today finding out when we are next ‘scheduled’ for so would really apprecuate some help. It’s now over a month since our initial install was booked for.

Thank you Paul. I have replied to your PM. Our outside work has been done today which is super, but can still bring quoted 10 more days minimum for the internal install which is is pretty awful when we’ve had 3 failed visits - the first in June!
