Hi all. After some help please. I’ve been messed about on an install. It was meant to be done a couple of weeks back, but the pre install found we needed the cable pulled to the address. This was done a few days later (They pulled it to the middle of our gravel driveway and put it in a catv plastic cap) and we’ve got an installation booked Monday. On the APP it showed an appointment for the 27th, which says service request, which was then changed to the 28th and then to today the 29th. What was this for? Will the installer on Monday bring the wire through the gravel on Monday up to the house? Or did this need to be done with the appointment that’s change from the 27th? If so, this hasn’t happened. Please help. Thanks.
