Installation issues

 Hi everyone, newbie here. Just joined Virgin Media from Sky and hoping it’s going to be an easy ride. I just had Svella Connect do some external works after my initial installation from Virgin Media (who was a brill technician, couldn’t fault). Shame I can’t say the same about the guys this morning. They came in asking what needed doing to which I replied didn’t you guys get briefed on jobs before you come. He said no, that surprised me. 

I told him what needed doing and he was reluctant on doing it but then to be fair they cracked on. In the end they didn’t bury the cable on my garden because of the bush but they made no effort to try. The mess they left behind was horrible as well as the pics show. Has anyone else experienced something like this when they had installations? Also how can you complain to VM about it? I rang the pre install team and tried to complain, they put me on hold then disconnected me. I know they don’t have the best customer services but it’s not a good start with them.
