I'm trying to set up my broadband in the new home - apparently it was ready to go with virgin broadband but I cannot find the virgin box so assume I need an engineer to come fit one.
Does anyone know how I arrange this? I read upon signing up that this could be arranged for a fee of £30 so I'm hoping it's a similar cost but I can't see how to organise this via the website.

The best time to call is 08:00 to get a UK agent, anything after 10:00 you must realise that you are quite likely to get through to an offshore agent that doesn't speak English as a first language.
