Installation hub 3

Been trying to install hub 3 set up last night and base line was green with green WiFi light on no internet connection today baseline is a white yellow colour no other lights on and still no internet connection. Everything I’ve looked at says it’s up and running all wires are correct trying to get through to virgin media with no luck any ideas

All new  / replacement electronic equipment needs to be activated.
