Can somebody pls help
i have never had anything more useless than virgin media
Broadband installed 4 days back!
no internet at all!!
customer service wont answer my calls
i now have an overdue BILL FROM AUGUST 8tj to september 8th!!
it was installed on sept 6th!!
engineer booked to fix the connection on the 8th
and they didnt show up!!!
no response from the help chats on whatsapp
facebook and instagram
truly the worst service ive ever experienced in all my life!!

Did you begin your VM 'customer journey' by trying to set up a 'Quick Start' kit (where VM sends you the equipment to plug in to an existing VM cable connection) and then had to convert to a technician installation because the 'Quick Start didn't work?

No it was installed by a technician,
3 times they came, one never showed up,
WORST EVER !! Cant access the app now either

Aside from the app, is the connection working properly now?
If your original installation/activation did not work you may be eligible for compensation for the delay
