Installation engineer visit

I completed my purchase of m200 broadband last week with the equipment being delivered on saturday. As a pensioner I selected and paid for an engineer visit with monday my 1st choice and today my 2nd choice. I was not visited on Monday and I have not received any notification that I will be visited today. I can't find any info on my account and I can't get through to anyone to answer my query.

 

Very disappointed in service
