Installation delays

I have read messages saying that people have received dongles when installation has been delayed. 

I'm 2 weeks into a 4 week delay (announced with 12 hours notice) and the call centre won't offer me a dongle and one person pretended to not know what it was.

Any ideas on how to make the customer service team respond?

I do not work for VM. My services: HD TV on VIP (+ Sky Sports & Movies & BT sport), x3 V6 boxes (1 wired 2 WiFi,) SH2 in modem mode with Airport Extreme Router +2 Airport Express's. On VIVID200, Talk Anytime Phone, x2 Mobile SIM only iPhones.
