Installation delayed without notice since Wed

Booked for installation on wed, technicians showed up and found out more work outside  of the flat had to be done in order for him to start the indoor installation. Promised me someone would come in the afternoon. Waiting for a few days now and everyday the customer service team promised me technicians are coming/ will come. They even asked me to take screenshot of the conversation as evidence.
