Due to have my virgin installed in a week and half I need to move the date how do I do it
Login to My VM here then find your order via this link and click the reschedule button. if it's not listed wait until tomorrow then try again, otherwise call in 🙂
Give VM a call on 150 from any VM landline or mobile, or 0345 454 1111 (included in most calls packages) or freephone 0800 052 0422 - Option 3 - New accounts and set up.
A member of the Forum Team may be able to help but they won't pick it up for a day or two.
